Jadar Island Escape – Payment Terms & No Refund Policy
 
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING
 
All Jadar Island Escape packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, personal conflicts, illness, travel issues, or missed events.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
 
Pay-in-Full Option:
Guests may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
 
Payment Plan Option:
Total package price under the payment plan is $1,000 per person.
 
• A non-refundable deposit of $399 per person is due at booking.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged via auto-pay.
• The second payment will be processed 45 days after the deposit date.
• The final payment must be paid in full no later than July 15, 2026.
 
If a deposit is made within 45 days of the event, the remaining balance will be split into two payments, both of which must be paid in full by July 15, 2026.
 
AUTO-PAY & FAILED PAYMENTS
 
By selecting the payment plan, you authorize Jadar Island Escape to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the schedule outlined above.
 
Any failed, declined, or disputed payments will result in the immediate and automatic cancellation of your package WITHOUT REFUND.
 
CANCELLATION & NO REFUND POLICY
 
• All sales are final.
• No refunds or credits will be issued.
• Cancelled or forfeited packages will not be reinstated.
• Failure to complete payments by the required deadlines will result in loss of the package and all payments made.
